1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

388wim is an online casino and sports betting platform operated under an international gaming license. The platform is accessible to eligible players in Pakistan and selected other jurisdictions. These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms published on the platform, form the complete agreement between 388wim and each registered player.

By completing the registration process on 388wim, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 21 years of age; (b) you are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to you; (c) all information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, and complete; and (d) you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

388wim reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Notification of material changes will be communicated via platform announcement or email where practicable.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on 388wim, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and throughout the period of your account's activity.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are registering for personal entertainment purposes only — not on behalf of another individual, corporate entity, or any third-party beneficiary.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an 388wim employee or affiliated business partner.
• You have not previously had an account closed by 388wim for a breach of these Terms or any equivalent agreement.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. If 388wim identifies that a player is operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, address, device, IP address, or payment method — all accounts may be suspended and balances held pending investigation. 388wim reserves the right to permanently close duplicate accounts and void any winnings generated through them.

During registration, you must provide a valid email address, a secure password, and accurate personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, and current residential address in Pakistan. You agree to keep all account information current and to notify 388wim promptly of any changes.

3 Account Security & Password Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 388wim account credentials, including your email address, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 388wim will never ask you to disclose your password — by email, live chat, telephone, or any other channel. Any request for your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to our support team immediately.

You agree to:

• Use a unique, strong password for your 388wim account that is not shared with any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available, as an additional layer of account protection.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify 388wim support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

388wim accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain reasonable security practices as described above. All transactions recorded on your account prior to the submission of an unauthorised-access report will be treated as having been authorised by the account holder, unless clear evidence of third-party compromise is established.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

All financial transactions on 388wim are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals — 388wim absorbs all payment processing costs on behalf of the player. However, your payment provider (bank, mobile wallet operator, or retail agent) may impose their own fees which are beyond 388wim's control.

Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, and retail cash (OTC) deposits. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the player's verification tier.

Regarding withdrawals, the following conditions apply:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the 388wim account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• KYC identity verification must be successfully completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus balance that has not met its wagering requirement will not be included in withdrawal calculations.
• 388wim reserves the right to request supporting documentation for withdrawals above threshold amounts as part of its anti-money-laundering (AML) programme.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals for fully verified accounts typically complete within a few hours. Bank transfers may take one to two business days.

388wim does not accept deposits made using funds from illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorised sources. Any deposit identified as originating from such a source will be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

388wim offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions published at the time the offer is made available.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Wagering requirements specify the total value of real-money bets that must be placed before a bonus balance converts to withdrawable cash.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages by game category are stated in individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses carry an expiry period. Any bonus balance and associated winnings not converted within the expiry period will be forfeited automatically.
• 388wim reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify wagering requirements, or cancel a player's bonus entitlement if there is evidence of bonus abuse, misuse, or exploitation of an error.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, household, device, and IP address.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All casino games and sports betting markets on the 388wim platform operate according to their individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface or betting market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules applicable to each game or market before placing any wager.

General betting rules applicable across all products:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and a game round initiated, the wager cannot be cancelled or reversed.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round — including disconnection, server error, or software fault — 388wim will endeavour to reconstruct the round from server logs and settle the outcome accordingly. If reconstruction is not possible, the stake will be refunded.
• Casino game results are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. 388wim does not interfere with or override RNG outcomes under any circumstances.
• For live sports betting, in-play markets may be suspended at any time, and any bets placed during a suspension period may be voided at 388wim's discretion.
• Winnings from jackpot games may be paid in instalments at 388wim's discretion for amounts above a defined threshold, which will be communicated to the player at the time of the win.
• Maximum payout limits per event, per day, and per market type may apply. These limits are published in the relevant game or betting market information.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 388wim platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Collusion: Coordinating play with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live poker or table games.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit game mechanics without genuine human interaction.
• Fraud and chargebacks: Depositing funds and subsequently disputing the transaction with your bank or payment provider ("friendly fraud") constitutes theft and will be pursued through all available legal channels.
• Money laundering: Using 388wim to process, obscure, or legitimise funds derived from criminal activity. 388wim operates an active AML programme and is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities.
• Software exploitation: Deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform software to generate winnings that would not otherwise be generated in normal play. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a software error will be voided.
• Identity misrepresentation: Registering under a false name, using another person's identity documents, or misrepresenting any material personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Minors gambling: Allowing or facilitating access by any person under the age of 21 to an 388wim account. Account holders are responsible for securing their devices against underage access.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 388wim platform — including but not limited to the 388wim name and logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, images, video content, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of 388wim or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any 388wim software.
• Use 388wim's brand assets, trademarks, or logos in any commercial or non-commercial context without prior written consent.
• Frame, scrape, or mirror any portion of the 388wim platform on a third-party website or application.

Any unauthorised use of 388wim intellectual property will result in immediate account closure and may be subject to legal action.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 388wim's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the net amount deposited by the player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

388wim shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, even if advised of the possibility of such loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Indirect, consequential, or special damages of any nature.
• Losses arising from third-party service interruptions, including payment processor downtime or telecommunications outages.
• Losses arising from force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, or cyberattacks beyond 388wim's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms, including failure to complete KYC verification in a timely manner.

The 388wim platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain continuous platform availability, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players are responsible for ensuring their own device security.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

388wim collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on 388wim, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

Key data practices include:

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification is used for account management, identity verification, AML compliance, and communication purposes.
• Payment method details (e.g., JazzCash wallet numbers, bank account references) are used solely for transaction processing and are never stored in a form that permits misuse.
• Transaction and gameplay data is retained for regulatory compliance purposes for a minimum of five years following account closure.
• 388wim does not sell or rent player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Players resident in jurisdictions with specific data protection rights — including rights of access, correction, and erasure — may submit requests to 388wim's support team. Requests will be processed subject to applicable legal retention obligations.

11 Responsible Gaming

388wim is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that gambling can become a problem for some individuals and we take our duty of care seriously. The following tools are available to all registered players from within the account settings area:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly limits that cap the total amount you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Configurable reminders and automatic session cut-offs to prevent extended uninterrupted play sessions.
• Reality checks: On-screen notifications displayed at regular intervals during a session, showing total time played and net wagering activity.
• Cooling-off period: A temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days, during which no deposits or bets can be placed.
• Self-exclusion: A formal closure of your account for a minimum period of 30 days, up to and including a permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

12 Amendments to Terms & Account Termination

388wim reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where a change is material — for example, a change that significantly affects player rights or the cost of using the platform — 388wim will provide advance notice via the registered email address or a platform-wide announcement.

Your continued use of the 388wim platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must close your account and withdraw your balance before the amendment takes effect.

388wim may suspend or terminate a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player fails to complete mandatory KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• 388wim has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity connected to the account.
• The player's jurisdiction becomes subject to regulatory restrictions that prevent 388wim from legally servicing the account.
• The player has requested account closure.

Upon termination for cause, any bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the player's verified payment method, net of any amounts owed to 388wim, subject to the completion of all pending investigations.

13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 388wim holds its international gaming license. By accepting these Terms, you agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the 388wim platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the licensing jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws in Pakistan provide otherwise.

388wim operates under an international gaming license. The existence of this license does not constitute a representation that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the 388wim platform is lawful under the laws applicable to you in your location.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

14 Contact, Complaints & Dispute Resolution

388wim is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and efficiently. If you have a complaint or dispute arising from your use of the platform, we ask that you follow the process set out below:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint to the 388wim support team via live chat or by email to [email protected]. Please include your account username, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting evidence.
• Step 2 — Formal Review: If your complaint is not resolved at the first contact, it will be escalated to 388wim's complaints team, who will conduct a full review and provide a written response within 10 business days.
• Step 3 — External Dispute Resolution: If you remain unsatisfied following the formal review, the matter may be referred to the independent dispute resolution service designated by the licensing authority under which 388wim operates. Details of this service will be provided upon request.

388wim will not engage in or consider complaints submitted more than 90 days after the event giving rise to the complaint, except where an exception is warranted by exceptional circumstances outside the player's control.
